By downloading or using PlayOneVideo, you agree to these terms. Please take a moment to read them.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

1. The app

PlayOneVideo is an initiative of Good Ventures SAGL, Via Chioso 25, 6983 Magliaso, Switzerland (company no. CHE-453.811.708).

PlayOneVideo is an iOS app that lets parents allow their children to watch one video at a time in a controlled way. The app plays videos via YouTube and does not provide its own video content.

2. Who can use the app?

The app is intended for use by adults (parents or guardians). You must be at least 18 years old to take out a subscription. You are responsible for supervising children's use.

3. Subscription and payment

PlayOneVideo offers a paid subscription via Apple In-App Purchase. The Apple terms apply.

• The subscription applies to the whole family and can be shared with a partner.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel via your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's policy.

4. YouTube and third-party content

The app uses the YouTube API. Videos are provided by YouTube and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. PlayOneVideo is not responsible for the content of videos on YouTube. Parents are responsible for selecting appropriate content.

5. Permitted use

You may use the app solely for personal, non-commercial use. You are not allowed to:

• reverse-engineer, copy or distribute the app;
• use the app in a way that violates any law or regulation;
• disrupt the security or operation of the app.

6. Availability

We aim for a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, update or temporarily take the app offline at any time. If the service is terminated, we will inform you in advance.

7. Liability

PlayOneVideo is a tool for parents. We are not liable for damage arising from the use or unavailability of the app, or from content viewed through YouTube.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid for a subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, the name PlayOneVideo and all associated content are property of Good Ventures SAGL. No part of the app may be copied without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. For material changes, we will notify you through a message in the app or via the App Store. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
